Delivery

Shipping cut-off is 11:00 on business days (Mon–Fri). Orders paid before then are dispatched the same day.

Nationwide delivery by private carriers (parcel for bags and small packs, truck for sacks and bulk).

Freight depends on weight and destination and is quoted before you confirm.

Collection at our Nakhon Pathom warehouse is welcome; please book on LINE.

Storage service

Bulk orders can be stored free at our warehouse and collected in batches, under agreed terms.

Returns and replacements

Check goods on arrival. If a bag is torn, damaged or not what you ordered, tell us within 3 days with photos and we replace it or refund in full.

Opened or improperly stored products cannot be returned.

A certificate of analysis (COA) is available for orders of 1 ton or more; ask on LINE.

Payment

Bank transfer, PromptPay, or through Shopee/Lazada. Receipts in your company name are issued on request. All our products are VAT-exempt, so prices are final and no tax invoice is issued.
